This story started as an idea in the Summer of 2016. I would not touch it until I finished some of my other projects. I decided to leave it open-ended because my life feels like that almost all of the time.

At the time, I was over love and men- from getting played around. I was essentially lied to by guys I foolishly trusted. I have a boyfriend now, but who knows how long that will last. I don't. I just know we are together now and he's been quite forthcoming about everything in his life unlike some of the other guys I've liked or dated. I always hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
